Meilan, China
Meilan (simplified Chinese: 美兰区; traditional Chinese: 美蘭區; pinyin: Měilán Qū) is an urban district of Haikou, the capital of Hainan province, China. The district’s total area is 581.06 km2 (224.35 sq mi), and its population was about 620,000 people in 2010 according to Sixth National Population Census of the People’s Republic of China.
