Bishan (Chinese: 璧山区; pinyin: Bìshān Qū) is one of the districts of Chongqing, China, with a history of over 2000 years. Bishan is 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Chenjiaping of downtown Chongqing. Formerly a county, it became a district on 6 June 2014.
